My niece

Recently my sister Emili and her husband Walt came into my neck of the woods to take their maternity photos. I was so happy to see them. I can't wait for the arrival of my first niece!! They are going to be great parents. They already are. These, except for two, photos are of Madison at 8 months in belly. Enjoy!

Class Project

This is my class project that is due tomorrow. My teacher hasn't even graded it. If your volume is down when watching it turn it up!! I hope you like it. Weekend at Mandas

This weekend I decided to take a trip to San Diego and visit my family. We had a nice time. We went to the touristy parts of town which was great. It is hard being away from them. I miss them so much. Here are some of the photos from this weekend.

Jesusita Fire

These are photos of the Jesusita fire that happened last week. The photos aren't the greatest but they show how close we actually came to loosing the city and our homes. Thank you fire fighter and volunteers for all of your hard work.

About two minutes before this picture was taken I was out side and saw nothing. That just tells you how fast this fire was moving. It was possibly the hottest day I have ever experienced. This is our backyard. 

We were driving on the 101 and with all the traffic you would have thought you were running from some huge natural disaster and you were trying to save your life. It was ridiculously crowded. 

If you look closely I am focusing on the windshield with has huge pieces of ash flying around. This was over into the busy part of town.

Taking Flight!

I am now accepting donations for Flight of the Conchords. I found out today that they will be in my town on May 22nd. I am so stoked!!! I would LOVE to see them. (I was going to send personal emails to people who would care about them being in town but my system won't let me send emails.) They are hilarious. (I was just joking about donations) :)

I LOVE my job!!!

My homework assignment was to walk around Santa Barbara and take pictures. The assignment was "A Day In The Life Of Santa Barbara". I had a blast. I hun out with friends and walk State st. We laughed and drank coffee. It was just another day at the office (except it wasn't even close). I do not envy anyone else. I love my "job"!!! If you can even call it that. 

"The Secret Beach" Trip

My roommates and I have been getting along so well. They are my musical soul-mates. It is so awesome to hang out with them. Laney just loves life and Kimmie is so free and bold. Not to mention we can laugh up a storm. Laney found this secret beach so we decided to go and take pictures. I am still pinching myself because I can't believe I live here.
